• Record orders in the POS System and ensure accuracy.
• Manage the register and handle card and QRIS payments.
• Ensure end-of-shift cash balance and cash security.
• Maintain professional appearance and friendly service.

Job description

This is a Junior Barista & Cashier position responsible for preparing and serving beverages and managing point-of-sale operations in a café environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverage selections including tea, coffee, and other drinks

Operate and maintain coffee and espresso machines

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served and communicate product information confidently

Receive customer orders at the front bar

Receive customer orders and record them in the POS System

Ensure each customer request is entered accurately and correctly

Manage the register, including all credit card, debit card, and QRIS operations

Ensure register balance (debit/credit) at the end of shift

Maintain responsibility for cash security and consistent compliance with cashier standards to serve customers efficiently and effectively

About you

Minimum experience: 6 months to 1 year in the same position

Had Basic Knowledge about coffee and Espresso Machine

Basic latte art skills preferred

POS System knowledge preferred

Professional looking and neat presentation

Residing in or around BSD or South Tangerang area
