Role Description

The Barista is a full-time, on-site role based at Kongkow Coffee Bali in Kuta. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, protein-based drinks, and café menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring food and drink presentation meets brand expectations. The Barista will provide attentive customer service, handle payments, and support smooth café operations during busy periods. Qualifications
