PT Bali General Supply is hiring a Barista to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering warm, consistent service. You will be the front face of the store, maintaining cleanliness and supporting daily routines, while upholding brand standards in every interaction.

Responsibilities include following recipes, operating espresso equipment with care, greeting guests, and helping with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso machine use, and hygiene practices.
• Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.

Responsabilités

• Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to BGS Bali's recipes and quality standards.
• Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) with precision and care.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and presentation in every cup.
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and genuine manner.
• Handle orders efficiently and make product suggestions when appropriate.
• Create a welcoming environment that reflects BGS Bali's service culture.
• Support daily routines including bar setup, restocking, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as scheduled by the Store Manager.
• Maintain a solid understanding of menu items, ingredients, and seasonal offerings.
• Work closely with fellow baristas and outlet team to ensure smooth service and workflow.
