Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Barista role or coffee-focused hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee preparation techniques.
• Proficiency in operating commercial espresso machines and coffee equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to consistency and quality.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure during busy periods.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude with a positive approach to work.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
• Barista certification or formal training in coffee preparation is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential; Indonesian language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision, consistency and attention to detail.
• Operate espresso machines and other specialty coffee equipment to professional standards.
• Take customer orders efficiently and accurately, responding to specific requests and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the coffee bar area, including regular equipment cleaning and sanitisation.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other beverage ingredients.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of our coffee offerings and menu items.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and engage with guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak service times to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies consistently.
