About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Daily Worker Barback to join our team at Desa Kitsuné Bali. This is a part‑time position based in Bali, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your schedule. As a Barback, you will be an essential member of our bar operations team, providing crucial support to our bartenders and ensuring the smooth running of our beverage service. This role is fundamental to maintaining the high standards of customer experience that define our establishment.

What you'll be doing

• Restocking bar shelves with spirits, wines, beers and other beverage inventory throughout your shift
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and bar tools
• Assisting bartenders by preparing ingredients, cutting fruit garnishes and preparing mixed drink components
• Managing ice supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels during service
• Monitoring and replenishing bar supplies such as napkins, straws, stirrers and other service items
• Transporting and storing deliveries of bar stock in appropriate locations
• Supporting the bar team during busy periods and special events
• Following health and safety protocols and maintaining proper hygiene standards
• Assisting with general bar setup and breakdown as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a bar, hospitality venue or similar fast‑paced environment, though entry‑level candidates with enthusiasm and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods whilst managing multiple tasks
