Savaya Group in Bali is seeking a Barback to support the Bar team in a fast-paced hospitality venue. You will help keep stations clean, stocked, and organized to ensure smooth service, and you will work closely with bartenders and other venue teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and able to adapt to busy periods while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards. English proficiency is preferred to communicate with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar, restaurant, hotel, beach club, or related hospitality role.
• Strong interest in beverages, bar operations, and guest service.
• Energetic, dependable, and willing to support the team wherever needed.
• Pride in maintaining clean, organized, and well-presented work areas.
• Able to work efficiently and calmly during busy service periods.
• Professional proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders and bar team during service.
• Keep bar stations, back bars, storage areas, and spaces clean and organized.
• Restock spirits, wines, beers, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant team.
• Prepare and replenish garnishes, mixers, juices, and other service items.
