White Rock Beach Club in Bali is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead our beachfront bar operations. You will supervise staff, manage stock and costs, ensure impeccable service, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires advanced cocktail knowledge, staff development, and strong communication. You will collaborate with events teams, train bar crew, and maintain high guest satisfaction through memorable experiences.

Competenze

• Minimum 3-5 years of bar experience with leadership exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and beverage management.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop bar staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety and responsible service regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest handling.
• Proficiency with POS systems and bar management software.

• Supervise and manage bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including stock management, inventory control, and ordering of beverages and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
