Job summary

Savaya Group's MANUZA in Bali is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the on-floor bar team during service and maintain high beverage standards. You will supervise beverage preparation, ensure consistency, and coach team members to deliver attentive, professional service.

You will stay visible on the floor, oversee stock and equipment, and coordinate with F&B and Operations to sustain smooth operations during peak periods. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bartender, Senior Bartender, Bar Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
• Ability to lead a team during busy service with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations during service to ensure attentive, efficient and professional service.
• Supervise beverage preparation and service to meet recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Lead by example, coach team members, and maintain high standards of grooming and teamwork.
• Support opening/closing procedures, stock checks, and equipment care during shifts.
