Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Bekasi is seeking a Non-Management Food & Beverage team member to ensure banquet operations and guest satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related work experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team and maintain professional grooming and attire.
• Set up banquet areas, ensure cleanliness and proper furniture/equipment setup according to standards.
• Communicate with guests and departments to fulfill special banquet arrangements and guest needs.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
