• Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection.
• Provides clear communications to stakeholders and identifies training opportunities.
• Manages banquet operations including inventories, sanitation levels, and equipment.
• Schedules staff to forecast service standards and maximize profits.
• Leads banquet teams, conducts meetings, and liaises with kitchen staff.
• Ensures guest satisfaction, handles feedback and drives continuous service improvement.
