Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant field; finance/marketing/economics preferred.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.

• Experience in insurance, banking, and sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company's daily management and quality regulations and participate in trainings and meetings; maintain activity records.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branch offices to promote sales and achieve targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist with claims and after-sales service.
• Report violations or risks and propose timely corrections or improvements.
• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Comply with regulator, company, and regional/global rules.
• Act with integrity and honesty; avoid false financial notes or information.
• Maintain a keen sense of risk control and compliance.
