Job summary

PT Transcosmos Indonesia is seeking a Call Centre Operator to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues across multiple channels. You will provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases while maintaining high service levels.

The role requires a D3 degree, strong English communication, and a customer-first mindset. You will work in a fast-paced environment onsite at Alam Sutra, South Tangerang, with immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. Associate degree (D3) in any major.
• Good communication and active English proficiency (spoken and written) preferable
• Have a strong service mindset, multitasking, able to understand and solve customer issue.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Proficient in using Contact Center tools, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good credit history (no adverse records in SLIK OJK / BI Checking) for a Banking/Fintech project.
• Willing to work on shifting 24 hours.
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutra, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through Inbound Call, Outbound Call, Live Chat, Email or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers in a professional manner.
• Investigate customer issues and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service standards.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant stakeholders when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service experiences.
