Save the Children International in Jakarta is seeking a Bank & Payment Management Officer to support daily bank verification, debit processing, income reconciliation, and F2F agency payments, coordinating with Finance, banks, and internal teams.

The role ensures accurate, timely payment operations with a focus on reconciliation across Oracle NetSuite and CRM, working closely with IG, Treasury and F2F agencies to manage invoices and closing cycles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance operations such as bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, payment processing or banking operations.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage daily bank verification and debit processes for all channels.
• Coordinate income reconciliation between Oracle NetSuite and CRM/Salesforce data.
• Manage F2F agency invoices and payments, including service fees and clawback.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
