Save the Children International in Indonesia is seeking an Systems & Applications Officer to provide operational support for enterprise systems, business applications, websites, and reporting solutions across SCIDN. You will deliver first-line technical support, administration, testing, and training to ensure reliable technology services and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 2–3 years in sys admin or app support.
- Experience with enterprise apps, ERP/CRM, databases, or business platforms.
- Experience providing technical support and user assistance.
- Knowledge of SDLC, automation, and systems integration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/Teams/Power Platform).
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsabilidades
- Provide first-line IT support and system administration.
- Support Oracle NetSuite and SPARK implementations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data quality checks.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Create documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
