Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Jakarta Head Office seeks an Operations professional to manage and control payment operations, review transaction processes, and ensure compliance with procedures and service standards.

The role involves data verification across Payments systems and ensuring timely approval and release of local and foreign remittance transactions, while maintaining SLA and follow-up on pending items.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control payment operations by reviewing transaction processes and ensuring adherence to procedures and service standards.
• Control and check data in all systems for Payments (Remittance, RTGS, SKN, Bifast, Tax).
• Ensure that all local Payment & Foreign Remittance transactions are approved and released properly.
• Ensure normal transactions are processed within SLA and all pending items are followed up effectively in a timely manner.

• To manage and control payment operations by constantly reviewing transaction process and ensuring adherence to existing procedures/policies and standard of service
