Save The Children Indonesia seeks a Finance Officer to manage day-to-day cash, bank accounts, liquidity, and donor funds. The role ensures timely payments, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls, with audit-ready treasury records.

You will work with Finance, Programs, Fundraising, Grants, and external banking partners to safeguard finances and support program delivery in Indonesia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Management, or related field with GPA 3.0+.
• 2-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or accounting; NGO/donor-funded experience a plus.
• Hands-on with accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• ERP/accounting systems proficiency (e.g., Xero, Agresso, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsabilidades

• Support accounts payable in line with internal controls and approval procedures.
• Prepare payment batches and execute payments via internet banking and gateways.
• Verify supporting documents before payment.
• Ensure withholding tax and other statutory deductions are calculated correctly.
• Assist Treasury Analyst in cash flow projections and liquidity planning.
• Update daily bank balances and monitor liquidity across accounts and currencies.
• Manage petty cash and cash advances with counts and settlements.
• Process Corporate Credit Card from payment execution to compliance.
• Record Bank Statement in Oracle and perform bank reconciliation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing including accruals, prepayments, FX revaluation.
• Serve as day-to-day contact with banks and payment gateway providers.
• Maintain bank mandates, signatory lists, and internet banking access; coordinate account changes.
• Review bank charges and negotiate improvements.
