Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in campaign marketing or e-commerce.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage own tasks.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving; translate issues into recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written English; able to coordinate with multi-team stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end planning and implementation of Shopee’s largest campaigns (Double Digit, Mid Month, Payday).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and BI teams to ideate campaign mechanics, manage spending budget, plan in-app visibilities & out-app communications, and execute with all the working teams.
• Analyze key commercial/marketing metrics to drive continual performance optimization and improve campaign efficiency.
• Identify and explore new buyer-facing initiatives to grow the buyer base, commercial performance, or improve user experience of campaigns.
