Shopee is seeking a dynamic Marketing Projects Associate to lead end-to-end campaigns that drive platform growth and business impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft comprehensive marketing plans, monitor performance, and deliver clear insights for optimization.

In this role you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, prepare proposals and post-campaign reports, and ensure timely, high-quality execution while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project management, business development, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytical tools.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with experience creating clear and compelling presentation decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaign approaches.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with excellent planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
