Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Jakarta is seeking a senior data analytics leader to drive dashboards, reporting automation, and data-driven insights for Bancassurance partners. You will coordinate with Reporting, Data Enablement, Marketing and Ops to optimize multi-channel campaigns and cross-sell strategies.

The role requires extensive experience in bancassurance, financial services analytics, and project management, with a focus on digital sales initiatives and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in bancassurance, financial services, analytics, or digital sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of dashboards and Tableau reports with the Reporting and Data Enablement Team to automate reporting and deliver timely, accurate insights.
• Generate data-driven insights to strengthen Bancassurance Bank Partner performance by analyzing results, trends, gaps, opportunities and recommending strategic actions.
• Manage data analytics initiatives with Bank Partner and Sun Life teams, including look-alike modeling for product promotion, cross-sell and up-sell.
• Lead end-to-end leads nurturing with cross-functional teams to define criteria, design multi-channel nudges and monitor performance.
• Act as Project Manager for operational improvement initiatives, including the Orphan Customers project.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives for digital sales, including campaigns to achieve digital product sales targets.
