Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a senior leader for Bancassurance Strategic Insights and Business Performance. You will spearhead dashboard development, automate reporting, and deliver timely insights to improve partner performance across bancassurance channels.

You’ll drive data analytics initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee go-to-market activities for digital sales, as well as lead operational improvement projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' experience in bancassurance or financial services.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and digital sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of dashboards and reports with Reporting/Data Enablement Team to automate reporting and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze results to strengthen Bancassurance Bank Partner performance; identify trends, gaps and opportunities; advise senior leadership.
• Manage data analytics initiatives with Bank Partner and Sun Life data teams; develop look-alike models for product promotion and cross-sell.
• Lead end-to-end leads nurturing with Data Analytics, Marketing and Reporting teams; define criteria and monitor performance.
• Act as Project Manager for operational improvement initiatives (e.g., Orphan Customers).
• Lead go-to-market initiatives for digital sales campaigns to hit product sales targets.
