Sun Life in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Data Analytics & Bancassurance Lead to drive dashboards and automated reporting for our Bancassurance channel. You’ll collaborate with Reporting, Data Enablement, Marketing and Partners to turn data into actionable insights that lift performance.

With 8–10 years in financial services analytics, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage multi-channel initiatives, and lead digital sales campaigns to help Sun Life meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• 8–10 years’ experience in bancassurance, financial services, sales performance analytics or digital sales initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners is preferred, esp. data analytics, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of dashboards and reports with Reporting and Data Enablement teams to automate reporting and deliver timely, actionable insights.
• Generate data-driven insights to improve Bancassurance Partner performance and recommend strategic actions to senior leaders.
• Manage data analytics initiatives with Bank Partner and Sun Life teams, including look-alike models for promotions and deeper profiling.
• Lead end-to-end lead nurturing by coordinating with Data Analytics, Marketing and Reporting teams, defining criteria and monitoring outcomes.
• Act as Project Manager for operational improvement initiatives, including the Orphan Customers project.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives for digital sales campaigns to drive digital product sales targets.
