Mevui Vietnam Kitchen in Bali seeks an Operations Manager for Tour and Travel to lead the Landtour product portfolio, partner network, and regional expansion across Bali and the Komodo route. You will oversee service quality, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration with Marketing & Sales to reach outbound markets in Vietnam and China.

Required 3–5 years in Bali travel operations, a strong local vendor network, and fluency in English; Vietnamese or Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years in tour operations or travel management in Bali/Indonesia.
• Established network with local vendors and suppliers in Bali is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding travel preferences of Vietnamese and Chinese tourists.
• Flexible availability by season and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage Landtour product portfolio in Bali (full-day tours, multi-day packages, private tours).
• Build and expand the local partner network: restaurants, transportation, local guides, and attractions.
• Plan and execute regional expansion strategy, including Komodo route & surrounding areas.
• Oversee operational quality: review processes, handle complaints, maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to bring products to Vietnam & China outbound markets.
• Manage operations budget and submit regular performance reports to the Board.
