Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead offline sales and marketing across Bali, focusing on expanding HORECA accounts, strengthening distributor partnerships, and driving revenue growth for bottled water products.

You will oversee customer acquisition, distributor management, sales team leadership, negotiations, market analysis, and field execution while building lasting relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and beach clubs across Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within FMCG, beverage, packaged food, drinking water, or HORECA.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing offline sales channels and expanding distribution networks.
• Strong existing network within Bali's HORECA market, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, hospitality operators, distributors, and beverage wholesalers.
• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, distributor management, and key account development.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and commercial opportunities.
• Self-driven, hands-on, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional proficiency in English for business communication with management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop offline sales strategies to increase Bali market penetration.
• Build and expand distributor networks, wholesalers, and partners.
• Acquire new HORECA customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés.
• Conduct visits, presentations, negotiations, and business development.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and grow opportunities.
• Lead sales team via coaching, monitoring, and execution guidance.
• Organize product activations, sampling, and promotions.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, trends, and market developments.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue analysis, and forecasts.
• Achieve monthly targets and distribution KPIs.
