Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable properties.
• Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Negotiate and progress transactions through to completion.
• Develop your own client and referral network.
• Source additional property opportunities where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and IA team to maximize conversions.
