You will oversee customer acquisition, distributor management, and sales team leadership, delivering sustainable revenue growth throughout Bali's hospitality and F&B sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing within FMCG, beverage, packaged food, drinking water or HORECA.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Strong network within Bali's HORECA market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute offline sales strategies to increase market penetration in Bali.
• Build and manage distributor networks, wholesalers, and channel partners.
• Identify and acquire new HORECA customers including hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, beach clubs.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, negotiations, and business development.
• Lead and coach sales team, monitor performance and drive execution.
• Organize product activations and promotions to strengthen brand visibility.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, trends, and market developments.
• Prepare revenue reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
