MatchaTalent in Bali is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead offline sales and marketing across Bali. You will expand HORECA accounts, strengthen distributor partnerships, increase market visibility, and drive sustainable revenue growth for bottled water products.

The role requires managing a sales team, conducting negotiations, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. English proficiency and Bali-based presence are essential for this leadership position in a fast-paced FMCG

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing within FMCG/Beverage/HORECA.
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
Strong network within Bali's HORECA market.
Proven track record in offline sales channels and distributor expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute offline sales strategies to increase market penetration in Bali.
Build and expand distributor networks, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Identify and acquire new HORECA customers (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, beach clubs).
Conduct visits, presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.
Lead and coach the sales team and monitor performance.
Organize product activations and promotional activities to boost visibility.
Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends; provide senior management with insights.
Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and KPI updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and distribution expansion goals.
