Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead offline sales and marketing across Bali. You will drive Horeca penetration, strengthen distributors, and raise market visibility for bottled water products.

You will manage a sales team, oversee customer acquisition, conduct negotiations, and deliver revenue growth while building long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within FMCG, beverage, packaged food, drinking water, or HORECA.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing offline sales channels and expanding distribution networks.
• Strong existing Bali HORECA network, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, hospitality operators and distributors.
• Excellent business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop offline sales strategies to penetrate Bali.
• Build and expand distributor networks, wholesalers, and channel partners.
• Acquire new HORECA customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and beach clubs.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations and business development.
• Lead sales team with coaching, performance monitoring and execution guidance.
• Organize product activations and promotions to boost visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide revenue forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
• Achieve monthly targets for sales, revenue and distribution growth.
