Job summary

studio ara is an interior design studio based in Sanur, Bali, working on hotel projects internationally. We are seeking an Office Manager to run the Bali office, handling finances, payroll, staff administration, and daily operations under the two founding partners.

The role requires ownership, reliability and clear communication to keep tasks tracked and partners updated. Indonesian work experience and fluency in English are essential, with a degree in accounting/finance/management preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an office manager, finance or admin role in Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or management preferred.
• Experience with payroll, BPJS and PPh 21 is required.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, payments, petty cash and reimbursements.
• Bookkeeping support and coordination with external tax consultant.
• Monthly payroll, BPJS and staff contracts.
• Attendance, leave and staff records.
• Running the office day to day, including suppliers and support staff.
• Keeping company documents filed and in order.
