Job summary

CV Dunia Bali in Bali seeks an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, client relations and sales, with a strong focus on art, furniture and design. The role requires excellent communication with local and international clients and a proactive, highly organized approach.

You will coordinate with internal teams on orders, inventory and deliveries, maintain showroom presentation, and ensure timely client follow-ups while working both independently and with the wider team.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in showroom management, sales, client relations, art, furniture, interior design, architecture, luxury goods, retail, or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Direct experience working with international clients.
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Provide a high level of professional service to clients in person and via email, WhatsApp, phone, and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, collectors, and partners.
• Coordinate with the internal team on sales, orders, inventory, deliveries and showroom operations.
• Monitor showroom presentation and ensure products are displayed professionally.
• Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, sales opportunities and ongoing communications.
• Ensure timely and accurate client interactions and cross-functional coordination.
• Work independently while coordinating with the wider team.
