Job summary

Alila Seminyak seeks a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in luxury hotel sales to drive revenue and build client relationships on Bali’s upscale market.

You will develop strategic sales plans, target corporate and agency accounts, and collaborate with marketing to promote the property at industry events. Strong negotiation, organizational skills, and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in hotel sales, luxury or boutique properties.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Bali market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and event bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel.
