Job summary

Zazzy’s Bali is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to oversee a designated kitchen section, preparing and presenting dishes to the restaurant’s standards. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a consistent dining experience for every guest in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop culinary skills, contribute ideas, and take on responsibilities that enhance service quality while supporting junior teammates and maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar professional kitchen role.
• Strong food preparation, cooking and presentation skills.
• Ability to organise and manage a kitchen section during busy service.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and allergen handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of your assigned kitchen section, preparing and cooking dishes to recipes and standards.
• Organise your section before, during, and after service; manage prep and presentation.
• Ensure quality, freshness and presentation of ingredients and dishes; monitor stock for your section.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and food-cost procedures; maintain a clean and safe workstation.
