About the Role

Are you passionate about pizza, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in preparing food to a high standard?

As a Commis Pizza Maker at Zazzy’s in Bali, you will support the kitchen team with the preparation and cooking of pizzas and other menu items. You will help prepare ingredients, work with pizza dough, assemble orders, and keep your section clean, organised, and ready for service.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build your pizza-making and kitchen skills while contributing to a consistent, enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Could This Be You?

• Are interested in pizza making, food preparation, and working in a professional kitchen

• Have experience in a kitchen, pizzeria, restaurant, or other food-service environment; experience is welcome, but not essential

• Are willing to learn recipes, preparation techniques, and kitchen procedures

• Work quickly and carefully while maintaining attention to detail

• Understand the importance of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safe food handling

• Can follow instructions and work effectively as part of a kitchen team

• Are organised, reliable, and able to stay composed during busy service periods

• Are comfortable standing for extended periods and carrying out practical kitchen tasks

• Can work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required

Experience preparing pizza dough or working with pizza ovens would be an advantage. A positive attitude and willingness to develop your kitchen skills are just as important.
