Job summary

PISON Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Daily Worker (DW) Steward to join our culinary team in Bali. In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas, ensuring a safe, organized, and hygienic environment while adhering to food safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Steward or Kitchen Steward is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Physically fit to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management.
• Willingness to learn and follow supervisor instructions.
• Positive attitude and commitment to a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment.
• Dispose of waste and maintain garbage areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Assist kitchen team by providing clean equipment during service.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen equipment.
• Keep floors and drains clean and hazard-free.
• Support other stewarding and operational tasks.
