Job summary

FINNS Bali is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to deliver technology projects that improve how our organisation and operations run, from the systems our teams use during service to the digital touchpoints our guests experience.

You’ll own your projects end to end, manage the vendors behind them, and work with teams across the business to ensure what we build meets actual needs. Location: Bali, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technology or systems implementation, with end-to-end project delivery and at least one external-vendor project.
• Solid IT project management knowledge: lifecycle, scope/change control, risk & issue management, estimation and scheduling.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or similar; CAPM certification preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of Business Process Management & Mapping; ability to assess workflows and bottlenecks.
• Hospitality or F&B experience is a plus.
• Adaptable and proactive; willing to take on new responsibilities and seek guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned IT projects end-to-end from requirements through go-live and handover to IT Operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and budgets; flag variances early.
• Manage external vendors against deliverables, timelines and SLAs; verify deliverables against requirements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Service, Bar, Kitchen, Finance and Marketing to translate business needs into tech requirements.
• Plan and execute UAT using real operational scenarios to ensure business fit before go-live.
• Coordinate user training and change readiness in Bahasa Indonesia and English, including SOPs and guides.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions and actions to senior stakeholders; maintain logs with owners and deadlines.
• Lead post-go-live support and formal handover to IT Operations.
