Job summary

Daewoong Bio Indonesia seeks a hands-on IT leader to unify Bali IT operations, drive ITSM adoption, and localize HQ policies. You will oversee reporting, security, asset management, and multi-site VHP implementation, coordinating with Jakarta and Korea HQ, Finance, and business units.

You will coach the Bali IT team, build backup capability, and ensure continuity of IT services across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years in IT support or operations with multi-site leadership.
• Experience in consolidated IT reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Localizing HQ policies, SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of IT security basics and asset/license management.
• Experience coordinating PMS, POS, ERP or accounting systems with finance.
• Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing tools and ITIL-based processes.
• Ability to coach a small team and build backup coverage.
• Business-level English for HQ coordination.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate IT reporting across Bali sites; produce monthly reports for HQ.
• Monitor ticket status and follow up on pending Bali-site issues.
• Apply ITSM practices and SLA/SLT targets Bali-wide.
• Develop and implement SOPs; localize HQ IT policies.
• Own IT security in Bali: vulnerability follow-up and access governance.
• Consolidate asset & license records; ensure HQ SOP compliance.
• Lead full VHP Front Office/Backoffice implementation for Bali units.
• Coach Bali IT team; ensure continuity with backup coverage.
• Coordinate with HQ IT, vendors, and business leaders.
