Job summary

Sun Pharma in Indonesia seeks a senior IT leader to maintain plant IT operations, manage infrastructure, and ensure compliance in a regulated environment across multiple sites, including SAP and manufacturing systems. Lead cross-functional teams, drive SDLC, audits, and vendor governance.

You will collaborate with site heads, oversee budgets, CAPA, and continuous improvement, while mentoring IT staff and aligning with global IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in IT or related field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT operations and infrastructure across cluster sites; manage deployments, monitoring, upgrades, and support for IT systems and software.
• Oversee IT security measures, SDLC documentation, and validation activities.
• Lead IT personnel and contractors; collaborate with site heads to optimize IT value and align with global IT strategy.
• Manage budgets, AMCs, and vendor relationships; ensure regulatory audits readiness.
