Job summary

Big Group's textiles manufacturing division in Indonesia is seeking a Head of IT to lead the technology strategy and operations across the region.

Key responsibilities include leveraging SAP and dashboard applications to boost efficiency, standardizing IT practices across Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand, ensuring WAN connectivity and cost control, guiding talent development, and coordinating a unified data centre while supervising six IT units such as MIS, Security Policy, SAP

Qualifications

• Leverage SAP and develop dashboard applications to increase efficiency.
• Standardize IT practices across Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand.
• Manage WAN connectivity with varying costs and regulatory constraints.
• Identify, upgrade and retain IT staff amid rapid technology changes.
• Develop a common data centre to meet diverse regional requirements.
• Oversee six units: MIS, Security Policy, SAP Implementation, App Development, Support Services, People Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and operations for the six units.
• Drive SAP implementation and application development projects.
• Define IT governance, security policies and compliance.
• Plan succession and talent development within the team.
• Coordinate data centre strategy across geographies.

Head of IT

Requirement :

• 1. Leverage SAP ; Dashboard applications for increasing efficiency and supporting business.
• 2. Standardization of IT practices at Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand in the OS business.
• 3. WAN Connectivity across the business as service provider costs and local regulations vary and are difficult to control.
• 4. Identifying, upgrading and retention of IT team members due to rapid enhancement in technology; learning opportunities and lean team size hence succession planning is a challenge
• 5. Developing a common data centre for business due to different requirements,specifications and regulations in the geographies and countries we operate
• 6. Manage 6 Unit business under him : MIS, Security Policy, SAP Implementation, Application Development, Support Services, People Management.
