Job summary

PT. MILKUP INDONESIA GROUP is seeking a Sales Executive based in Bali to drive sales growth and achieve targets. You will design, implement, and evaluate strategic outreach plans, sourcing opportunities through outbound emails and calls, and maintaining CRM data for actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in Sales Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and energetic.
• Familiar with CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Bali-based candidates only.
• Ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound emails, calls daily.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team for closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and derive insights for action.
• Stay aligned with team and incorporate market feedback into outreach.
• Qualify prospects and set meetings with new clients.
