Khepri Digital in Bali seeks a proactive Partnerships & Growth professional to drive new business in Indonesia, especially in F&B & Hospitality. You will generate and engage with business partners, craft pitches with the Strategy team, and extend our lead pipelines across the region.

The role emphasizes building connections, nurturing relationships through deal cycles, and targeting luxury Resorts & F&B brands for digital marketing initiatives in Chinese & English markets.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in Digital Marketing.
• At least 3–4 years in Growth / Business Development.
• Proven experience in Networking & Growing Lead Pipelines for B2B Companies.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop new relationships to grow business and expand the company.
• Collaborate with Strategy team to devise pitches for target industries.
• Reach out to contacts in the country / area.
• Build connections & partnership pipelines for brand recognition.
• Set up meetings & pitches with correct ICP and maintain relationships throughout deal length.
