Job summary

Finns Bali is seeking a Sales Executive to be the on-ground face of the brand in Bali. Your role focuses on identifying opportunities, initiating contact, and feeding the sales pipeline through hands-on outreach to DMCs, planners, and fixers.

Site visits and constant market presence are essential for securing large events and private contracts. You will host tours, log daily activities, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to close major deals, while maintaining strong local relationships and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Bali hospitality, travel, or venue sales.
Own reliable transport and willingness to be on the road daily.
Exceptional social skills; comfortable walking into agencies or hotels to initiate new relationships.
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and professional English are mandatory. Additional languages (Mandarin, Russian, or French) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and reach out to local DMCs, wedding planners, and corporate fixers.
Host high-energy site visits for prospective clients, showcasing our spaces and services.
Maintain an organized database of local contacts and log daily outreach activities to ensure lead ownership.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to provide intelligence to close large-scale GIT and private event contracts.
Maintain a constant physical presence in the market; attend industry mixers to build the brand’s on-ground reputation.
