Job summary

Nano Logistic, PT is seeking an experienced Commercial Area Manager for Bali. You will lead sales strategies for On-Trade and Off-Trade channels, drive business growth, and strengthen commercial performance across key outlets.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in the alcohol industry, strong commercial acumen, and excellent English communication. Based in Bali, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and CRM/ERP platforms to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the alcohol industry with sales strategy, marketing and business development focus.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term sales strategies for On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.
• Monitor sales targets and KPIs; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key outlets to maximize opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, pricing and competitor activity for growth.
• Identify new markets and develop strategic partnerships.
• Support commercial negotiations, activation planning and execution to meet targets.
