Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of telesales / appointment-setting / sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English is essential.
• Able to make outbound cold calls.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic CRM and computer skills, especially Microsoft 365.
• Willing to learn and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to Australian businesses.
• Introduce our services professionally and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and messaging.
• Update leads, notes and activities in our CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and training.
