Qualifications

• Basic CRM and computer skills.
• Reliable, professional and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Australian businesses.
• Introduce our services professionally and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team; follow up with prospects by phone, email, and messaging.
• Update leads, notes and activities in our CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
