Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll or bookkeeping.
• Hands-on with Xero is required.
• Mid-level to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices on schedule.
• Manage accounts payable and schedule payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and aging reports.
• Process payroll including timesheets and deductions.
• Reconcile bank, credit card and supplier statements in Xero.
• Maintain financial records across client entities.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and reporting.
• Escalate cash-flow or payroll issues as needed.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
