Sari Roti is inviting applications for a Production Operator at the Batam plant. You will support production excellence, handle dough prep, and operate ovens, packing lines, and metal detectors to ensure quality and GMP/HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities include labeling, expiry verification, documentation, sanitation, and collaboration with Mixer, Make-Up, Oven, and Scaling teams. Rotating shifts apply.

Qualifikationen

• Education: SMA/SMK diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; FMCG experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Ability to operate industrial ovens and packaging equipment.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and a good team player.

Aufgaben

• Quality assurance and adherence to company standards.
• Production preparation of raw materials and molds.
• Operate ovens, packing systems, and detectors.
• Supervise end-to-end workflow from dough to packaging.
• Verify production codes, expiry dates, and labeling.
• Maintain clean work area and assist sanitation.
• Record production metrics and collaborate with teams.
