Job summary

PISON Group in Bali seeks a hardworking Daily Worker (DW) Bakery to support daily bakery operations, prepare ingredients, assist with baking, and uphold quality and hygiene standards. You’ll help with opening/closing duties, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, physically fit, and willing to work weekends and holidays; previous bakery/kitchen exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bakery, Pastry, Kitchen is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of bakery preparation, food handling, hygiene and sanitation.
• Physically fit and able to perform bakery and kitchen duties efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and strong sense of cleanliness.
• Responsible, disciplined and reliable.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions and company procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bakery preparation and production according to recipes and instructions.
• Prepare, measure, and organize ingredients needed for bakery production.
• Assist in mixing, shaping, portioning, proofing, baking, and finishing bakery products.
• Follow recipes, preparation methods, and portioning standards accurately.
• Ensure bakery products are prepared with consistent quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Prepare and organize baking tools, equipment, ingredients, and workstations before production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work areas, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
• Properly clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment after use.
• Store ingredients and bakery products properly according to company procedures.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use and report any issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing bakery ingredients and supplies.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Support the bakery team during busy production and service periods.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with other kitchen and operational teams to ensure smooth bakery operations.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
• Support the operational team with additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
