Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or helpdesk role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve products and services.
• Assist with customer onboarding and account management tasks.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
• Contribute to the development of support documentation and FAQs.
