• 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee training programs and promotes participation across the property.
• Grows leadership capability and aligns training with the hotel's mission and guest experience goals.
• Designs, develops, and delivers both custom and corporate training programs.
• Assesses training effectiveness and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
• Drives brand values and maintains guest satisfaction through learning initiatives.
