Job summary

Cartrack Technologies Indonesia is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta. You will conduct outbound calls to corporate clients, generate quotations, and drive targets with an uncapped commission structure.

Requirements include a minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and at least 2 years in telesales or inside sales. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels in a multinational, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
• Good communication skills in English (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales (B2B experience is a plus).
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and target-driven with a strong can-do attitude.
• Customer-oriented with strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to prospective corporate clients; generate quotations; follow up; obtain referrals; and achieve sales targets.
• Collect and complete subscription forms; coordinate signatures; submit agreements to sales administration; maintain accurate client data.
• Follow up on fitment scheduling; confirm appointments; handle reschedules; assist clients with service requests (ownership changes, cancellations, billing, invoicing).
• Distribute marketing materials to build brand awareness; ensure service quality aligns with policies; update product, system, and industry knowledge through training.
