Job summary

Cartrack Technologies Indonesia is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta. You will conduct outbound calls to corporate clients, generate quotations, and drive targets with an uncapped commission structure.

Requirements include a minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and at least 2 years in telesales or inside sales. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels in a multinational, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales (B2B experience is a plus).

We’re looking for a passionate and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients, generate quotations, follow up systematically, obtain referrals, and ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.

Collect and complete subscription forms, coordinate signatures, submit agreements to sales administration, and maintain accurate client data in the system.

Follow up on fitment scheduling, confirm appointments, handle reschedules, and assist clients with service requests including ownership changes, cancellations, billing, and invoicing.

Distribute marketing materials to build brand awareness, ensure service quality aligns with company policies, and continuously update product, system, and industry knowledge through training.
